Returns and Refunds
Refunds or exchanges can be made on faulty or damaged products.
To receive a refund or exchange contact must be made via email or message with picture proof of the product within 48 hours of product being delivered to you or product being collected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sometimes a spelling error can occur with the personalisation of a product. If this error has been made by us, your product will be fixed or relaced at no cost to yourself. Please make contact as soon as you realise that an error has occured.
